As a local computer manufacturer we provide computer repair and maintenance services.

Repair costs are as follows :- (prices include GST)

In-shop
	Quote fee				$  25.00
	Minimum labour charge		$  50.00
	Hourly labour charge			$  65.00
	Monitor repair - prepaid quote fee		$  25.00

On-site
	Call-out fee			                     $  35.00 
	Home installation charge		$  45.00
	Hourly labour charge			$  85.00
	Hourly Network service charge		$  95.00

Warranty

All component parts come with 1 year warranty
(if under extended manufacturers warranty, delivery charges will apply)

All repairs come with 1 month warranty over problems fixed

All computer systems come with 2 year parts and labour warranty back to base from the
date of purchase.

Shuttle computer system, special form factor computer system are covered by one year warranty or 
by manufacture's warranty

Peripheral and add-on components, such as printers, scanners, video capture cards, speakers,
webcams, DVD-Roms, CD-RW's and Zip Drives; to the basic computer system are covered by
1 year warranty or by manufacturer's warranty.

Any service or repair provided under this warranty shall include free of charge, all labour and
replacement parts.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the computer system.

This warranty does not apply where defects or damage have been caused by abuse, misuse or
alteration by unauthorised persons.

When the system is returned for repair, all transportation costs to and from the shop shall be borne
by the holder of the warranty

All systems returned for warranty must be brought in with original invoice and warranty card
